Lowed 1.7L, 5 speed manual. Very little rust.
New radio works great, has recaro bucket seats and toneau cover for bed. Runs fine and driven daily. Has A/C but does not work. Fan, heat and defrost work. Tons of fun to drive, just want another project that seats 4 people.
Bought it from a VW tech last fall and fixed a few electrical things to make it more reliable for myself (alternator cable, loose grounds, etc).
