The Good

New head gasket and arp head studs
Valve adjusted and new cam shaft installed
New timing belt and alternator belt
New radiator and radiator hoses
New fuel filter and fuel lines from the filter forward

The Bad

The most pressing repairs the truck could are new engine mounts and the shifting linkage to be gone through and refreshed. The engine mounts are just warn out making the truck very rattled when idling and I’ve been having a problem with the transmission intermittently not shifting into first gear but have come to the conclusion that it is a problem with the linkage because you can shift it into first using the selecting rod directly from the transmission no problem.

Besides those thing there are a host of other small things the leaf spring need replaced there is some rust that has been repaired and so on. At the end of the day its a good old truck and I wish I could keep it but I need something a little more reliable for a daily driver. as far as trades go id consider most anything with a manual transmission
