1981 Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup

40+ mpg – Runs great! High miles per gallon is great in this high fuel priced time.
Rebuilt by professional european garage and repair shop
Upgrades include: 1.6 L Turbo Diesel Engine
5 lug Passat wheels and braking system
Bed has been spray coated and there is a rubber mat on top of that
Speakers and wiring
Newer door panels installed
Newer carpet
Sound absorption panels in cab
Includes: second set of wheels, one for winter, one for highway
Original door panels and door handle
MPG : we’ve had 40+ mpg, but we haven’t done much highway driving.

There are some minor fixes which don’t affect the performance of the vehicle, but we do not have time to fix. There are a couple rust spots, but they are small, a missing door handle on passenger side, the clock doesn’t work, headliner fell down, but very easily replaced.
Odometer reading is unknown as it has rolled over… not 300
