Get phenomenal mileage with this great little diesel pickup – about 45 mpg!
Newly installed turbodiesel engine with four speed transmission and new clutch, as well as new front axle, battery, alternator, injectors, seat covers, whitewall tires. And paint job. Body shop gave us a can of the paint for touch ups. It has a carpeted truck bed and custom “Protect o top” camper top designed specifically for the rabbit pickup. The camper top has new hydraulic cylinders and locking mechanism with 2 keys. Both the service and owner’s manual are included. Spare tire is new, too. The jack and tire tool are correct for the model. The pickup is clean and has been well maintained. New engine has barely 200 miles on it.
It was valued by the insurance company for $20,000. We are asking $16,450 or reasonable offer.
We expected to keep this truck forever. However, life and health changes make it necessary to simplify our lives. Therefore, we are putting this little treasure on the market.
