Originally 1.7l gas. 2.0aba from 96 or 97 Jetta that was totaled. Unknown mileage on this engine, I have owned it since 2013 and have put less than 5,000 on it in that time. Swap was done around mid 2000’s. Original paint except for drivers door appears to have been replaced. I have kept this truck under a carport during the time i have owned it. Typical window seals and door seals could use replacing. Rear window gasket needs to be replaced and I’m sure there will be typical rust in window channel. Windshield also needs replacement. Water has made its way into the area under the rear window at some point as some rust was present.
I have treated said areas see photos. Tailgate functions but one side pull rod is broken. I removed the latch on that side. Front drivers turn signal lens is broken.. Brakes have been replaced. Need to bleed brakes better. 2.0 aba has Giac chip & is fairly fast & fun PRICE IS OBO. Make an offer. Ask ?
