More Details & Pictures

Beautiful Mk1 Caddy priced to sell. Serious buyers only, please.

– Straight body and tailgate
– 1.6TD (turbo diesel) Engine built by Northwest Connecting Rod
– 5-speed manual gearbox
– AAZ injection pump re-built and tuned by Giles / Performance Diesel Injection
– AAZ dual stage injectors re-built by Giles (makes starting easy)
– Powder-coated Corrado G60 valve cover
– New battery this year
– Front mount intercooler
– Custom steel tube bumper
– Tailgate roll pan from CaddyPans
– Strut tower risers made by Franklin VW Werks
– Front coilovers (don’t know what brand), which can go much lower if you want.
– Shortened and reinforced oil pan
– Rear drop plates and axle flip – The rear tires touch on bigger bumps, which could be easily resolved by rolling the fenders or lifting the back.
– Adjustable air shocks in the rear
– Momo steering wheel
– Scirocco seats in excellent original condition
– Small front spoiler (no holes were drilled)
– Windows roll down smoothly
– Door cards have not been cut for speakers
– Custom turbo-diesel floor mats (+10hp)
– New sunroof with fresh seals
– New door seals and window seals
– New windshield and seal
– Solid back glass window with new seal and factory decals
– I spent over $9000 in paint (factory black), seals, and new carpet… all professionally done.

The Bad:
– Stereo doesn’t work, never tried to fix it… but stereos are cheap
– Turn signals don’t work, probably just needs a relay
– Needs to have some interior trim re-installed
– No headliner
– Dash is cracked – comes with a cover
– The engine bay could use some cleaning up; zip ties holding some stuff in place and unnecessary wires
– Some rust on the undercarriage, but it’s still solid
– As mentioned above, the back arguably sits too low because the tires rub occasionally… but it’s drivable as-is.

Additional parts for sale:
– Rare vintage 13” ATS Cup rims with brand new tires $600
– New rear bubble window $120 (paid over $200)
– AirLift front bags $600 (paid $900) – Installed, driven 40 miles, then removed
– New Airlift MK1 air management system $1000 (paid $1600)

– New Seamless Spun Aluminum Air Tank $100 (paid $180)
– Complete airlift system $1800 (paid over $3000)

Please include the words “Factory Black” in your reply or I will assume your email is a scam and ignore it. Thanks!
