Description: Selling this 1982 Rabbit truck- It’s very solid with a recent respray. It’s spent it’s whole life on the west coast- a rust free truck. The previous owner spend a lot of money trying to get it running, including a new cylinder head and injection pump installed by a diesel shop. It then was determined that the rings were bad. It will need rings, but it does run currently with some coaxing.
It has a redone interior, with reupholstered bolstered seats, new carpet, headliner, door panels etc.. but the dash isn’t the best. Has a GTi center console, (not hooked up) Will need some engine wiring and suspension work, but it’s a great start to a project. Will include a towbar rig setup already attached for an add’l 100
