Description: 1982 VW diesel rabbit. Rebuilt engine 2012, new: fuel pump, thermostat, hose kit 2012, clutch Sept 2013, new struts 2013, new tires, new filters, just changed timing belt, has a glow plug bypass switch and can get receipts. Rebuilt engine has near 50,000 miles on it and has been maintained religiously. The body needs some work: doors only open from inside, hood needs new hinges, rubber seal lining on doors need to be replaced, left front blinker and right back brake light lenses are not there and passenger seat is a bit torn, but other than this its a rad little truck. Gets between 40-45 miles/gal hwy and runs biodiesel great. Don’t want to sell, but moved down to Brazil and am not coming back soon.
