Description: I have a 1981 Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup with a 1.6L 4cyl diesel engine. Manual 5 speed transmission. Interior leaves something to be desired but it is mechanically a good little vehicle. A few little rust spots and dings but not bad for its age. Fun to drive and awesome fuel economy. I average high 30’s and currently use it just to commute to work and around town. Only 87,500 original miles. I am still driving it so that will increase. I’ve owned it for about 4 years and had it garaged since I bought it. I’m selling it because I’d like something with four wheel drive for the winter to keep the miles off my other truck. If you are interested don’t hesitate to ask.
