Description: Great antique VW forsale. I am in love with this truck, but I don’t have the machanic ability to keep it in decient shape. I bought the car for $4,000, maybe too much and put a lot into it. Engine is 1.6L or 1.7L (we can figure that out later.) As you can tell I painted it myself (the original white with rust spots looked terrible). It just needs a nice home where someone can bring it back to its prime!
Let’s start with some good news:
Diesel, gets 40+ mpg. Would make for a great vegetable conversion project!

No signs of accident
Clutch is in good shape
Not so great news:
Lots of rust underneath 🙁
Recently leaking a small amount of fuel, I still drive it 30miles to work! (the mechanic said it needs the front seal on the fuel pump replaced).
Blinkers aren’t working
Emergency break isn’t working
It doesn’t shift into 1st. gear, and a little hard to get into 2nd.
Well the bad list is a little longer than the good list, but it’s worth it 🙂
