Description: Up for sale is one rare and desirable 1980 VW Caddy Truck
1.9L Overland crate (new) diesel long block with a rebuilt turbo. Less than 10k on swap. Installed profressionally by Chris’ VW in Spokane. Upwards of $2500 spent on swap alone. This is an awesome powerplant.
5 speed diesel transmission with longer 5th gear. Glow plugs and cold advance are operable.
-New radiator, radiator cap, alternator March 2016
-Tires, battery, suspension in last 2,000 miles
-Sony deck w/aux
-Sunroof that does not leak in rain
-Rhino Liner brand bed liner
12v aux power to bed with cabin switch
-The truck was resprayed at some point in past. It was not a good quality respray. No rust however. Parking brake is inoperable.
Overall the truck is in awesome shape. Starts every time and has never left me stranded.
