This little Beauty Runs great and is now my daily driver.

I have been restoring this pickup for 2 years. it is a real scooter and eye-catcher.

Interior:  New dash cover, door panels & headliner from 3-d. new seat covers & total new floor carpet one-piece custom fit for VW pick up. new dome light new shift boot and e brake boot, custom leather.  I replaced the fan switch.  Heater fan works great as does engine cooling fan.

New windshield & seal & new wipers, New radiator, new injectors,  new Spark plugs, and Plug wires. recent oil & filter change. oil pressure at idle 30 psi, at 2800 rpm 80 psi. I put in both new axles complete, new front brake pads & rotors. new rear shoes and turned drums. it has less than 500 miles on new tires. I put 85 VW Golf mag wheels, still have stock wheels that go with it. I installed custom teardrop front turn signals and replaced front bumper. The control arms, ball joints, and steering rods are all very good, also have new battery and new shift rod kit. I sanded down body & could not afford a paint job so I rattle caned Camo on it. I am about to spray clear over it but decided to let the new owner decide on that. Both headlights are new. I also did not put in Stereo yet.

I have been restoring % servicing German Autos for over 40 years and worked for Porsche of America and VWOA for 10 years before that, yes I am  75  years old and love these cars but at some age we gotta slow down. I am also completing a 1974 VW supper beetle and that will be my last  VW restoration.
