Description: 1.6l diesel Caddy 4 spd Arizona,California,Colorado truck. I believe I’m the third owner. W/ in last 10k miles: New head, glow plugs, injectors, belts, clutch, fr. brake pads, rotors, rear bearings, have new shoes and spring kit for rear (not installed), red top optima battery, starter, alternator, flywheel, glow plug relay, inner cv boots, bright head lights, Frost heater for really cold days, and misc other parts. GTI steering wheel. Fuel injection pump rebuilt some time before I bought truck. Needs passenger side outboard cv boot replaced, and rear shoes installed to get parking brake working. Interior could use some overhauling if you’re concerned. Seats are original light brown and could easily be upholstered. Radio doesn’t work (just needs replaced and new speakers). 15″ BBS wheels 60% tread (i believe Falkens), and factory 13″ wheels (silver steel w/ chrome VW logo center caps) w/ mounted studded snow tires, and spare wheel/tire. Starts right up, and drives great. 136k + miles (odometer stopped working w/ last owner). Speedometer does work though. Wipers, lights, turn signals reverse lights, hazards, horn, heater fan all work. Body rust free and straight w/ couple minor dents that could be pulled. Only one spot on passenger side between strut tower and fire wall has rust that could be cut out if so desire (out of sight). Truck is in very good shape and German/VW parts used if available. This babied truck gets ALOT of attention. Almost every day I’ve ever driven it, gets comments, compliments, questions, and if it’s for sale; well, now it is. NO trades or LOW offers. Will wait til spring to sell if need be. The only reason I’m selling it is, I have a 1yr old and a 2yr old. No room for two kids. Every time I drive it, I have second thoughts about selling, but currently doesn’t fit family needs. Great yr round vehicle if you have access to 110v power for Frost heater in winter. Have driven it alot in Colorado snow storms and handles great w/ studded snows. [REDACTED]
