1981 Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup.
Solid little truck runs and drives good. Interior is in really good condition for how old it is. 1.6L diesel engine sips fuel. Very little rust on body. There are a few spots around the glass. Tailgate has dent but still operates fine. Odometer reads 153,789. Odometer stopped working after the truck was serviced years ago. Truck has spent most of the 2000’s sitting. I am the 3rd owner of the truck. Recent work: Rubber fuel lines, Tires, Clutch, Air filter, Valve adjustment, Seals on injection pump, and Radiator hose. Would be a great A to B truck or a good winter project.
