This project includes 2 different trucks – 1 does not run.

$4000 – is my price for BOTH TRUCKS.
If you don’t have $4000 or think the price is too much – then move on to the next not rusty rabbit truck you can find on the internet.

1982 Volkswagen Rabbit Truck
1.6 diesel engine ( bad head gasket ) – partially disassembled. ( BRING A TRAILER )
4 speed Manual transmission

Been sitting awhile – clean body – no rust ( i looked even this time )
Driver door will not open. I had it open once – but now it wont open from outside or inside handle.
Nice interior.
Big dent in the driver rear of the bed.
Cool topper.
Parts removed from the Engine are in the bed of the truck
Driver rear wheel is LOCKED UP ( drum brake )
Once again – this truck DOES NOT RUN – and it DOES NOT EVEN ROLL NICELY.
But it is NOT RUSTY.

2nd Truck 1981 Rabbit Diesel truck – VERY RUSTY
1.6 diesel – runs great just put 50 miles on it yesterday ( this is the TAN TRUCK )
4 speed manual transmission ( the shift linkage is bad but you can figure it out )
Odometer says 185k – speedometer works – coolant gauge works – but odometer Does NOT work and Gas gauge appears to NOT WORK.
Has rust – every where. Including behind the passenger strut tower and goes all the way the inner structure down to the spindle. Yes its bad.
You can hop in and drive this truck until you have time to donate its engine to the NOT rusty one.

$4000 – both trucks – CREATE your own DIESEL TRUCK.
