This classic Mark 1 Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup is in nice overall condition with many tasteful and fun upgrades. Reliable and comfortable, can be driven today with confidence. Made in Westmoreland county USA.

Body – good shock towers, good A-pillars, good paint, very straight. Paint color slightly mismatched on left front fender, a few old body work blemishes on right rear fender, minor surface rust in rear bed. Shortened front bumper mounts for cleaner Euro look. Good windshield. Working air conditioning.

Engine – 1991 Mk. 2 GTI 2.0 liter 16 valve gas motor with GTI radiator and CIS-ME fuel injection. Runs very strong and fast, but lumpy at idle and light throttle. New timing belt and belt tensioner, new motor mounts, new filters, new water pump.

Transmission – 5 speed, excellent condition with fresh Red-Line oil, new clutch, new shifter bushings.

Brakes – front and rear disc brakes from a 1991 Mk. 2 GTI, new master cylinder, new rotors, new hoses.

Exhaust – Techtonics Tuning dual-downpipe, Magnaflow muffler, sounds great!

Chassis – ABD Racing lower stress bar, custom upper stress bar, new front struts and rear shocks, new front and rear wheel bearings, new steering rack boots.

Interior – Mk. 2 GTI Recaro bucket seats, Blaupunkt AM/FM/CD stereo. All in good shape except for cracks in dashboard.

Instrumentation – Mk. 1 GTI center console with 3 gauges, stock main cluster includes factory tachometer.

Wheels – Mk. 1 GTI 14” wheels shod with new 185/65-14 tires, new spare tire on original steel wheel.
