Located in San Diego.

For sale is a 1981 Volkswagen Caddy with 1.8 gas motor (not diesel). it is currently registered non op, but i have the CA pink slip in my name ready to go. *** DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPER SHELL ***

Pros:
-Super solid body–no filler on it that i have been able to find.
-Runs super strong and passed CA smog perfectly when i registered it.
-Floor pans and underside are rust free.
-Comes with the mesh wheels pictured and i have the front bumper as well. I will also include a brand new replacement steering rack.
-Upgraded aluminum radiator.
-Brand new oil pan.

Cons:
-The previous owner repainted the truck and the paint job is less than perfect.
-There is some SMALL bubbling happening at the bottom of the windshield (where all mk1s rust) and in one small spot on the driver side A pillar–both easily fixable.
-The front struts need replacing.
-Interior floor covering was vinyl plastic and a chunk of it is missing.
-No headliner.

The truck isn’t perfect, but it’s well worth asking price considering what other people are asking for these. Let me know if you have any questions.
