1982 MK1 Volkswagen Rabbit Caddy project truck.

1.6 NA diesel and FN code 5 speed. Does NOT currently run or drive, engine will need work, at least needs cylinder head work possibly more. odometer showing 147,xxx miles, unknown if that is original. Very solid truck with no major rust anywhere, one small spot showing on the passenger door aside from that only a few small spots here and there.

Solid bed but an access cover has been cut into the floor likely to access the sending unit. Brakes work, steers and tires hold air for transport. All electrics worked when tested. Has an aftermarket AM/FM CD player w/Aux input that works.

The body is relatively straight, some dents here and there, the worst being the front valence and driver fender that have dents. Has had at least one repaint in the past, paint will clean up. Decent interior, typical wear from age, dash is better than most. Nice fiberglass camper shell topper with steel rack.

Overall a great start to a project truck. Clean title.
