I have for sale a 1982 Volkswagen Deisel Rabbit Truck $3500 OBO.

The truck doesn’t run and will need to be towed. The connecting rod separated from the crankshaft and caused damage to one of the cylinders.

I have a 1.6l block that comes with the truck ready to be swapped out with the bad block.

The engine was rebuilt at 188,000 and the head has no problems with very low miles.

Transmission was rebuilt along with many other things in the truck. It’s a great and quick project for someone.

The Registration was due in 2015. The truck is in excellent condition aside from the engine.
