I have a wrecked 1981 Rabbit truck for sale. Gasoline model – Not Diesel
I originally bought for parts. I have the title.
The engine and transmission have been removed but are part of the sale.
The transmission is a 5 speed model.
The engine is a 1.8L GTI with a header, external oil cooler and has an adjustable timing gear.
*It was running when I got it but was never tested out so I do not know the condition. It was being driven when it was wrecked so I suppose the engine and trans. were working.*
There is a sliding rear window assembly as well as an A/M sunroof.
The interior is nice and was custom upholstered at some point.
If you are a builder and have a source for parts, it could be repaired and put back on the street.
I want to sell the complete truck and not just the parts.
Come and get this rarity before someone else does!
