1981 Volkswagen Rabbit truck LX (Caddy) Diesel.

Engine only had ~70K miles on it when the radiator hose broke which caused overheating, damaging the head gasket. It had been my daily driver. I had it looked at by a local shop and the head needs to be re surfaced and piston ring replaced. So, I decided to sell it- as is.

The suspension/brakes/clutch were recently done. Injection pump also. Body is in excellent condition with original paint. NO RUST. The inside needs a lot of work, but everything is functional.

I have all kinds of extra items including an engine, injection pump, transmissions (4 and 5 speeds), original truck seats, and the truck type muffler/exhaust pipe. (Will sell all this separately also).
