Proud to say this truck maybe one of the best keep of its kind !!!
Spent its first 35+ years with its first owner as a summer cruising truck in South Dakota.
Always garaged and never driven in the winter. Maintained it immaculately and kept all the records. Passed on to neighbor, then to us.
It came with a 5 speed manual transmission upgrade.
We did an engine swap to a “new to truck” 1.9L turbo diesel engine has about 90,000 miles. (odometer, does not work) but reads 142,000 … lost AC in swap, for turbo, but could be installed (not much need for AC in Humboldt) custom muffler mount to new engine.
New starter, new battery, new tires, new master cylinder, breaks flushed. Recent oil change
And many more general upkeeps.
Daily driver around town – has made longer trips, but towed across the country on flat bed.
Because we are moving back to the south we don’t want to bring a car without AC. Hoping.
